Here’s another green tea from McNulty’s, New York City.
Another tea and another treat. Beautiful fully handrolled green tea from Nepal which looks incredible even before brewing and which really starts to smell like honey right after you drown it in a pot of hot water. It’s easy to brew this Nepal Honey, just watch that the water temp won’t rise much above 80 degrees Celsius (180 F). Also, don’t overbrew it, remove the leaves after a few minutes. But don’t forget to use them again in a fresh pot of water. It steeps beautifully multiple times.
I love the rich taste and delicious aromas it has, it goes fully recommended.
